💼 Power BI Analyst – Remote ((NEW))
Gainwell is hiring an Power BI Analyst for the Bangalore and Chennai (Remote) locations. Please read the complete information carefully and apply if you are eligible.
Eligibility Criteria :

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

Skills: Power BI, Python
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Write and optimize Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.
- Automate data workflows and reporting processes using Python and Power BI.
- Perform data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
- Maintain documentation for reporting processes and data models.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI reports and dashboards.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling).
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation (e.g., pandas, numpy, matplotlib).
- Strong understanding of reporting fundamentals, KPIs, and business metrics.
- Experience working with relational databases and writing SQL queries.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
