💼 Data Engineering Intern — Mumbai ((NEW))
Exponentia.ai is hiring an Data Engineering Intern for the Mumbai location. Please read the complete information carefully and apply if you are eligible.
Eligibility Criteria :

Qualification: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics. -
Duration: 6–12-month -
Skills: Python, SQL, Analytical & Problem-Solving Ability, Learning Agility & Adaptability, Communication,
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes for enterprise projects.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets to enable AI and analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with senior data engineers and mentors on real business use cases.
- Optimize data workflows for quality, scalability, and performance.
- Gain hands-on experience with platforms like Databricks, Azure, AWS and MS Fabric.
- Support global clients in industries such as BFSI, CPG, and Manufacturing.
Required Skills:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Recently graduated (within the last 12 months) from reputed institutions or top universities preferred.
- Minimum 8.0 CGPA (or equivalent academic performance).
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and database systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, ML frameworks, or data visualization tools (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Soft Skills:
- High learning ability and adaptability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with ownership and accountability.
- Commitment:
- Willingness to commit internship for 6 months (training + internship).
- Openness to transition into a full-time Data Engineer role post successful completion of internship.
Stipend: ₹ 2 LPA to 3 LPA (Glassdoor)
