💼Software Engineer I — Bangalore ((NEW))

Eligibility Criteria :

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech -
Experience: 1 - 3 Years -
Skills: Basic understanding of Applications/ Architecture / UI / Databases / Business Rules.
Responsibilities:
Application Support & Incident Handling
- Act as point of contact for end-user issues and queries in eQMS/EHS applications like ETQ/ Enablon.
- Prioritize and track incidents/service requests.
- Perform initial troubleshooting and resolution for basic issues in eQMS/EHS applications like ETQ/ Enablon.
- Escalate complex technical issues to next level.
- Follow SLA and incident management processes.
Basic Technical Support
- Assist in configuration changes under supervision of Architect.
- Support data uploads, corrections, and validation activities.
- Perform system smoke testing after deployments or fixes.
Documentation & Process Management
- Update ticketing systems with proper resolution details.
- Maintain trackers for deliverables and project milestones.
Operational Support
- Handle important non-technical operational tasks.
- Support report generation and data reconciliation activities in eQMS/EHS applications like ETQ/ Enablon.
Required skills:
- Well versed with MS Office applications (MS Word/ MS Excel/).
- Basic understanding of Applications/ Architecture / UI / Databases / Business Rules.
- Understanding about SAAS, PAAS, IAAS.
- Knowledge of scripting / RPA would be an added advantage.
- Aware of Jira and ServiceNow or other similar applications.
Stipend: ₹22LPA – 32LPA(Glassdoor)
