Eligibility Criteria :

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Experience: 1 - 2 Years

• Skills: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Responsibilities:

• You will perform accessibility evaluations of web applications, document findings clearly, and contribute actionable recommendations under the guidance of senior team members.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering throughout the project lifecycle, supporting accessibility reviews and helping ensure inclusive experiences are built into the product from the ground up.
• You will also contribute to the team’s accessibility training materials, tooling, and standards as you grow in the role.

Required Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in web accessibility and front-end engineering
• Knowledge and experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience in accessibility testing methodologies with technologies such as VoiceOver, JAWS, or NVDA
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualification:

• Eagerness to independently learn new technologies and accessibility best practices
• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to work alongside both technical and non-technical team members
• A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in building working relationships across teams
• Ability to manage tasks across multiple workstreams with support from the team
