Responsibilities for the Engineer Job Opening at AspenTech:

• Responsible for creating new eLearning modules in English for industry leading AspenTech software solutions.
• Work cooperatively with the global eLearning team, Project Management and Customer Support & Training teams on collecting raw materials, developing content and conducting technical review.
• Create online training content/packages, including editing audio and video tracks.
• Adhere to standard processes such as development process life cycle, version control, and quality procedures.
• Participate in other training related projects and assignments as required.
• Be a strong team player.

Requirements qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, Engineering related major.
• 0~2 years working experience in chemicals/refining industry or producing content for education/training.
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
• Expert knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Familiar with latest eLearning technologies like LMS, MOOC, SCORM, Python.
• Passionate about education and digital learning.
• Demonstrated history of working well in groups in a matrix environment.
• Quick learner and embracing changes.
