Education: B.E / B.Tech 2022 graduates (Only CS / IT / Information Science branches) (Overall 60%)
Job Location: Pan India
Experience: Fresher
Job Description:
- The first line of support for incidents/alerts for cloud products
- Analyzing application issues and establishing resolutions or recommendations for the development team
- Driving the triage calls with multiple stakeholders across product, engineering, support, and DevOps.
- Fixing issues with cloud products and product deployments.
- Performing essential maintenance and assisting in deploying new resources and product releases.
- Ensures Security and Compliance are maintained at all times.
- Have a good familiarity with tools for managing the environment, this should cover network, virtual servers other virtual resources, and cloud services, be able to support applications such as Apache, IIS, and Tomcat, and have a good familiarity with database technology.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SQL scripts is a must.
- Exposure to CI and CD tools and Cloud infrastructure is a plus.
