- Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role.
- In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude.
- Strong communication and written skills
- Experience creating technical documentation.
Responsibilities For Cloud Engineer Job Opening at Genpact:
- Monitoring of Azure/AWS instances/servers through monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Oracle enterprise manager, SCOM & New Relic
- Addressing basic incidents based on standard operating procedures (SOP) provided.
- Good know of operating system, databases & middleware architecture, backup, access and space management.
- Experience in Infrastructure and Operations
- Good Experience in AWS / Azure Cloud operations
- Strong communication and written skills
- Experience creating technical documentation.
