Responsibilities Of Business Development Executive

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
    • Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads from platforms like LinkedIn, social media, industry-specific directories, and other online sources.
    • Engage in cold calling, email outreach, and networking to identify potential clients and qualify leads.
    • Identify new business opportunities and markets for growth, leveraging digital tools and industry insights.
  • Sales Generation
    • Present and sell Pinnacle Technologies’ services, including software development, SaaS solutions, web/app development, and digital marketing to prospective clients.
    • Conduct product demonstrations, deliver compelling sales pitches, and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
    • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure long-term business relationships.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
    • Regularly check in with clients to ensure service quality and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Collaboration & Campaign Management
    • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales and marketing strategies.
    • Provide feedback from clients and prospects to refine marketing strategies, messaging, and campaigns.
    •  Collaborate on lead generation campaigns and follow through to ensure effective lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Market Research & Strategy Development
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential business leads and new growth areas.
    • Develop strategies to tap into new markets and expand the client base.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management
    • Manage and track sales opportunities through CRM software, ensuring that all client interactions and deal stages are accurately recorded.
    • Monitor key sales metrics, including pipeline growth, conversion rates, and sales performance, to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in software, SaaS, web development, or digital marketing.
  • Proven success in lead generation, cold calling, and sales conversion.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, social media platforms, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch services effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet sales targets consistently.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

Other Attributes

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve targets.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Kannada and Hindi is a plus.
