Key job responsibilities:

• Provide 24 X 7 enterprise support to BrowserStack customers 
• Active debugging on user test cases to ensure that they run across all browser platforms
• Respond to public queries around BrowserStack products on forums 
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management & Sales teams to fix product issues quickly & to provide product improvement ideas 
• Actively contribute to the public & internal Knowledge-base

Requirements for Automation Engineer Job Opening at BrowserStack:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Support/Automation QA roles
• Good customer interaction skills through the spectrum of customer sentiments
• Excellent command over written & spoken English
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in functional and automation testing tools/frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, etc.
• Hands-on experience in at least one programming language like Java, Node JS, Python, Ruby, etc.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git, Github, Team Foundation Server (TFS), etc
• Basic understanding of APIs, bash or cURL scripting
• Knowledge of writing SQL queries like SELECT statements and JOIN clauses
• Know-how of networking concepts (http/s, ping, tracert, SSL, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Proxies, DNS,  etc)
• Basic understanding of Web Technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML
• Problem-solving, analytical skills, and troubleshooting skills to address various customer use cases or requirements
• Should be a team player and should have a can-do attitude
