Key Responsibilities for Associate Software Engineer Job Opening at Finastra:
- Support on development tools to internal customers
- Ensure ownership of tickets and resolution of tools incidents during your shift
- Knowledge of critical tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Octane, SonarQube, Nexus, or similar tools
What will you contribute?
- Critical support to Development tools, applications, and infrastructure.
- Knowledge to the Development tools.
Skills and Attributes You’ll Need to Be Successful:
- Knowledge of monitoring & alerting
- Knowledge of the administration of tools (JIRA, SonarQube, Nexus, SAST tools) is required
- ‘Can do’ attitude; An individual with a passion for DevOps and Cloud.
- You’ll have access to technical and management training courses you need to become strong.
- Understanding of SLA, SLI, SLO
- Monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana
- Understanding the basic monitoring principle
- Programming Languages – Shell
