Eligibility Criteria
Education: B.Tech (Mechanical with specialization in Automobile Engineering preferred) or any other similar degrees. Job Location: Gurgaon Experience: Freshers (2024 & 2025 graduates preferred) Skills: Python & SQL/PLSQL , MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Mode of Working: Hybrid (Work from office 2 days in a week) Monthly Stipend: INR 24,500 + INR 1,000 Utility Allowance Duration: 12-month apprenticeship program.
Key Responsibilities Of an Apprentice Data Scientist Job Opening at S&P Global
- Conduct thorough research and manage data related to over 200 vehicle attributes in the North American market.
- Run SQL queries to extract data and transform results into Excel files for analysis and coding into our tools and applications.
- Investigate client queries and Salesforce cases, identify discrepancies in existing coded data, and provide findings to vertical leads.
- Strive to deliver actionable insights to customers, enhancing the value of S&P Global products.
- Identify process improvements within products and work to automate existing processes.
Required Skills:
- Freshers (2024 & 2025 graduates preferred) from B.Tech (Mechanical with specialization in Automobile Engineering preferred) or any other similar degrees.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python & SQL/PLSQL, along with a solid understanding of relational databases.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data management tasks.
- Familiarity with Data Management & Operations, analytics and business intelligence.
- Strong analytical thought process and a drive for learning.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a geographically dispersed Operations team.
