Responsibilities of an App Dev & Support Engineer I Job Opening at Conduent:

• Assist in supporting and maintaining enterprise applications and middleware systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues
• Develop and test enhancements to business workflows and automation routines
• Validate data consistency between source and replicated systems
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams for seamless rollouts
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and technical knowledge-sharing sessions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Degree in Engineering (B.Tech. or B.E., MCA) full time in any specialization.
• Knowledge or experience with programming skills.
• Knowledge or experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, Oracle DB, MS SQL DB.
• Analytical skills – problem solving
• Good communication skills – listening, written and verbal
• Self-learning capability
