Job Responsibilities of DevOps Intern Job Opening at DPDzero:

• Assist in setting up and managing containerized applications using Docker.
• Support the development team in maintaining and testing CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor system health and learn to analyze logs to identify potential issues.
• Learn and apply basic principles of cloud infrastructure, automation, and security.
• Work with the DevOps team to write and maintain infrastructure configuration scripts.
• Help document internal processes and deployment workflows.
• Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas to improve efficiency.
• Support basic database monitoring and understand how services interact.
• Learn how internal hosting environments are managed securely for financial institutions.
• Stay curious and open to exploring tools, technologies, and DevOps practices.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic familiarity with Linux, Git, and command-line tools.
• Exposure to any programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Shell).
• Interest in learning about cloud services, containers, and automation tools.
• Problem-solving mindset with good attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and collaborate with a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior coursework or personal projects related to DevOps, cloud computing, or software development.
• Familiarity with concepts like CI/CD, Docker, or version control.
• Interest in the fintech, collections, or banking domain.

Notes:

1. This is a full time internship
2. You will need to be ready to move to Bengaluru
3. The internship duration is 6 months and we will offer a stipend during this period.
4. Based on your potential and performance, you may be offered a full time role at the end of internship
