- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- A strong understanding of software and technology, and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Good knowledge of Excel, google Sheets.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard customers and assist them in customizing the platform to their specific needs to ensure complete platform adoption.
- Work with different departments to streamline onboarding processes.
- Documenting customer interactions with details about the nature of the interaction and any resolutions achieved within SLA.
- Managing customer sentiment and satisfaction, facilitating platform customization requests.
- Interacting with customers via phone calls, emails, or web chats to answer questions about products or services.
- Helping customers make informed decisions about their purchases by providing information about pricing, terms and conditions, and other details about products or services.
