IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Trainee– TOC Analyst
- Should be willing to work at 24/7 support
- Create, maintain & update system documentation where required
- Ensure that all incidents and Service Requests are logged into the helpdesk system, ensuring all relevant information of the request is logged in the ticket
Minimum Experience
- Should have basic knowledge on Computers
- Must have basic knowledge on Java & Selenium
- Should have basic knowledge on automation skills
Additional Requirements for a Trainee – TOC Analyst
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Should have highly vigilant
- Should be more proactive
