Responsibilities of Trainee Manual Testing Job Opening at Wipro:

• Configure and test Wipro’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration™ (TBA) system as per client requirements
• Prepare test plans, test data, and execute test cases
• Log defects, analyze failures, and assist with debugging
• Collaborate with team members on testing, configuration, and reporting
• Ensure high levels of quality and accuracy in deliverables

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• B.E / B. Tech / MCA (2024 Passed out only) 
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge in Simple & Complex SQL Queries
• Principles of Manual testing and some exposure might be desirable
• Knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
• Ability to break down a complex problem into smaller, more manageable pieces and able to understand and describe the relationships between those pieces (i.e. good analytical skills)
• Apply basic relational database concepts (e.g. table relationships, keys, SQL and DB2 queries etc).
• Excellent communication skills (Verbal, written and listening ability).
• Shares information and write and speak concisely
• Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Takes ownership and responsibility for work assigned.
• Highly Self Motivated and a team Player
