Responsibilities for Technical Content Writer Job Opening at Mozilor:

  • Write, edit, and maintain user guides, installation manuals, FAQs, and API documentation for WordPress plugins.
  • Collaborate with developers to simplify complex technical concepts for end-users.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easy to understand.
  • Create knowledge base articles, and tutorials on WordPress plugins and related topics.
  • Optimize content for search engines using SEO best practices, keywords, and structured formatting.
  • Develop scripted content for explainer videos, how-to guides, and walkthrough tutorials.
  • Create video content to ensure technical accuracy and clear messaging.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • A university degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent is preferred(BTECH, MCA)
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a clear and concise style.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices for content optimisation.
  • Experience with documentation tools like Confluence, or WordPress editors.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is a plus.
  • Ability to create structured content for both text and video formats.
