Key skills required for Software Engineer Trainee at MountBlue :
- As a Test Engineer, you should be able to understand the test requirements, design test cases, execute the test cases (Manual and Automated), ensuring schedule adherence to all milestone.
- You should ensure timely deliverables and weekly status reports, Test Execution Report and timely response to queries from clients and other stakeholders.
Qualifications for Software Engineer Trainee at MountBlue:
- Familiarity with at least one programming language. Example: Javascript, Java, PHP or Phyton
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Selection Process for Software Engineer Trainee at MountBlue:
- A 1 hour programming aptitude and coding test will be conducted
- Candidates who perform well in the test will have 2-3 rounds of technical and fit interviews
- We will try our best to finish the process for everyone within 1 day and will try to minimize waiting time for everyone. However, be prepared for a multi-day process and waiting periods
