• Ability to lead a diverse team with different skill levels and backgrounds challenged with complex tasks
• Maintain a sense of pride in a job well done; detail-oriented, professional, and self-directed
• Thirst for knowledge and how to apply learning to address current company projects
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think out of the box are required
