  • Certification in Manual Testing (must)
  • Basic knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and bug tracking tools
  • problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, logical thinking, and eagerness to learn
  • Knowledge in Automation Testing like Selenium- an added advantage!

💡 Responsibilities of QA Trainee :

  • Learn and apply testing concepts in real-time projects
  • Work on test cases, defect logging & tracking
