Responsibilities Of QA Engineer Job Opening at Zigment

• Assist in performing manual testing of Zigment.ai’s platform, ensuring the software meets business and user requirements.
• Help design, write, and maintain detailed test cases based on product requirements and user stories.
• Identify, document, and report bugs and defects using our bug tracking system, and collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect the existing functionality.
• Assist in testing AI-driven features, including chatbots and NLP functionalities, ensuring they meet quality standards and user expectations.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends, AI advancements, and best practices in software testing to continuously improve our QA processes.

Qualification and Skills Required 

• Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with any programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
• General knowledge about AI, chatbots, NLP, and generative AI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualification

• Familiarity with testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
