Job Responsibilities of a Product Analyst Job Opening at Zype:

• Analyze user behavior, drop-offs, and conversion rates across the customer journey to identify bottlenecks and areas of improvement.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Create and maintain dashboards/reports to track key product metrics and business KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Business Analysts to provide data-backed insights that shape product strategy and decision-making.
• Work with engineering and data teams to ensure proper event tracking and data instrumentation.
• Identify opportunities to optimize the lending funnel, reduce friction, and improve user experience.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiments to evaluate product changes and new features.

Required capabilities and skills:

•  1-3 years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, window functions, CTEs, indexing, query optimization).
• Good understanding of data analytics tools (Excel, Python, or BI tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience in conversion funnel analysis and customer behavior analytics.
• Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and effectively communicate findings.
• Prior experience in fintech, lending, or BFSI is a plus.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, attribution models, and cohort analysis is preferred.
