Essential Skills:
- Java 1.6 , 1.7 , JSP and Servlets

- Deployment knowledge on any one web / app server (jetty , tomcat or jboss)

Designing Skills:
- Should be able to read and understand LLD documents (Class , Sequence )
- Should be able to read data base model and understand and design Entity model
- Should be able to design UNIT test cases for given requirement
Preferred Skills:
- Jenkins
- JSR 303 validations
- Code review plug-ins (PMD or Check style or Find bugs)
