Job Description for IT Trainee Job Opening at Konecranes

  • Writing and debugging code.
  • Assisting with software design and coding.
  • Learning the codebase and enhancing coding skills.
  • Fixing minor bugs.
  • Conducting development tests.
  • Developing innovative solutions.
  • Participating in estimation discussions with the product team.
  • Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards

Skills Required to be successful in this role

  • IT skills
    • Fixing minor bugs
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
    • At least 3 months of experience in software development or automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate)
    • Proficiency in basic programming languages: Java, C#, Python, C++, JavaScript, .Net
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Basic SQL knowledge
    • Quick learner of new software and technologies
  • General skills
    • Good Presentation and communication skills.
    • Ability to learn and share knowledge with other team members.
    • Be a good communicator and good listener within the team.
    • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
    • Willing to work in 24×7 shift environment.
