- Installation and configuration of operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Outlook setup, backup, and restoration
- Installation of desktop software
- Configuration and installation of access points
- Installation and updating of antivirus software
- OS patch management
- Troubleshooting hardware and network issues (wired and wireless)
- Resolving printer-related problems
- Installation of peripheral device drivers
- Basic configuration of network devices
- System backup and restoration
- Upgrading laptop components such as RAM, SSD, HDD, and battery
