Responsibilities of a IT Recruiter Job Opening at Vision Data Analytics
- Perform as an individual contributor with fair degree of accountability with minimum assistance.
- Execute unit testing to ensure the accuracy of his/her developments.
- Realize the development/requirement as per the technical specification provided.
- Adhere to all coding standards and performance measures, as per customer/organizations guidelines.
- Participate in all nominated trainings and proactively work on self-improvement and development.
Preferred Skills
- At least 6 months of industry experience
- min 6 months of experience in IT Recruitment
- Strong understanding of Recruitment Life Cycle
- Hands on with sourcing and screening candidates by databases, social media etc.
- Experience in Permanent and contract staffing
- good understanding of technologies
- Good understanding of dynamics in the domain
- Good communication skills
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
