- Handle End to End recruitment Cycle
- Head Hunting, Searching CV’s from different Job Portals and generating references
- Responsible for screening and shortlisting of Candidates
- Creating and maintaining Database
- Follow up from Pre Interview till joining of candidate
- Develop & Execute recruiting Plans
- Effectively & efficiently fill open positions through sourcing talents from a variety of sources.
Skills Required:
- Good Communication Skills
- Have a good attitude
- Should be committed to the work
- Any Bachelor’s (Technical Background preferred)
