For candidates shortlisted for interview process:

  • Your facial images captured during interview, Facial images captured during proctored assessments (where applicable), Face Descriptor (512/1024- embeddings for the face), AI/ML based Facial Analysis results.

Purpose of Processing 

  • For Infosys recruitment related process including uniquely identifying the candidate at the application stage, checking the identification of the candidate, etc.
  • To facilitate IVR call by our authorized vendor for confirming your availability for the interview, sending reminder and for feedback collection.
  • To compare candidate’s facial images collected at each stage of recruitment process using automated AI/ML algorithms, to verify whether it is the same person appearing at all the stages and to prevent impersonation, frauds etc.
  • To carry out various employer related activities if you are selected to join the organization.
  • To send you mails regarding survey and feedbacks.
  • For internal management on status updates between authorized users.
  • To perform background verification by our authorized vendor.
  • To enable us to ensure that we are compliant with any applicable labor and/or other relevant laws.
