- You have basic experience and knowledge of database design.
- You have aspirations to learn and good hands on management and influence of production database capacity, availability and performance.
- The candidate has aptitude to discover and uncover root causes impacting database capacity, availability and performance.
- You have good communication skills.
Some of the following experience would also be desirable:
- You have experience and understanding of database design and performance tuning.
- You have skills and desire to participate in first support with database recoveries.
- You have ability to learn and advise applications teams on standard methodologies.
- You have knowledge of problem and incident management.
