- You have no current/past backlogs.
- You will work on entry-level position with specialization to CSE/CE/ISE/IT/EEE/ECE
- You have experience in support problem tickets and change management tickets.
- You have ability in networking, software or infrastructure solutions.
- You have to identify and resolve problems independently.
- You have understanding of networking, windows, Linux, Unix and other OS along with databases.
- You have basic knowledge of Z/Os and operations monitoring along with SAN, back-up and restore technology.
- You have working knowledge of cloud computing fundamentals.
