Responsibilities:
- Data Engineering: Gather and integrate data from multiple sources, performing data cleaning and transformation to ensure accuracy, reliability, and readiness for analysis and AI model training.
- Data Analysis & AI-Driven Insights: Analyze datasets using statistical methods and AI tools to uncover trends, patterns, and predictive insights that inform strategic business decisions.
- Reporting and Visualization: Design and develop interactive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that effectively communicate findings and AI-generated insights to stakeholders.
- AI & Machine Learning Development: Support the development, testing, and optimization of machine learning models and AI algorithms to address specific business challenges and opportunities.
- Data Governance & Stewardship: Collaborate with data stewards to maintain data quality, support governance initiatives, and ensure data integrity across analytics and AI systems.
- Data Policy & Standards: Assist in developing and implementing data governance policies, standards, and procedures that support both traditional analytics and AI/ML initiatives.
- Data Quality & Validation: Monitor and assess data quality across systems, implementing validation checks to ensure consistency and reliability for analytics and AI applications.
- Research & Innovation: Explore emerging data technologies, AI tools, and best practices to enhance analytical capabilities and drive innovation in data-driven solutions.

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a MTECH/BTECH degree with an expected completion in 2026/2027 in a technical field such as Data and Analytics, Data Science.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python/SQL.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Responsibilities:
- Deploy robust and scalable ML/GenAI applications using modern software engineering principles.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Apply software design patterns and best practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and extensible code.
- Conduct thorough unit testing and automated testing to ensure the reliability and performance of developed applications.
- Contribute to the architectural design of ML/GenAI systems, focusing on scalability, reliability, and security.
- Perform quality inspections of code and systems, identifying and resolving issues to maintain high standards.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Continuously research and evaluate new technologies, programming languages, and frameworks related to ML and GenAI.
- Document technical designs, processes, and operational procedures for developed applications.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Computer Programming and Programming Languages especially Python.
- Backend Engineering: Collaborating closely with the Senior Data Scientists who created the initial Streamlit apps or other POCs, you will re-engineer and optimize associated Python backends, preferably utilizing FastAPI or other suitable frameworks, to efficiently serve these production-grade user interfaces.
- Data Optimization: You will be instrumental in optimizing complex data querying from Snowflake (and other relevant data sources) to ensure lightning-fast performance and responsiveness for our end-users.
- Strong server‑side development skills with practical experience or solid understanding of UI development using ReactJS.

- Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their application in software development.

- Demonstrated experience with Software Design Patterns and their practical implementation.
- Experience with System Designs and IT Architecture principles, especially in distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Databasing concepts and experience with various database technologies.
- Strong understanding of Unit Testing and Automated Testing frameworks and practices.
- Experience with scaling and performance optimization for applications.
