Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global colleagues from Marketing and Commercial on initiatives in the life sciences sector.
- Support AI/ML projects within the Product Management team, from Discovery (User requirements) through Development (Agile/Vendors) right to Deployment (Azure DevOps)
- Participate in remote work during second shift hours (2–11 PM IST).
- Assist in project documentation and reporting as required.
- Engage in training and development activities as part of the apprentice program
- Gain exposure to critical business functions and learn how technology drives success in clinical research.
Required Skills:
- Motivated problem-solver and creative thinker.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, global team.
- Strong communication skills + ability to work with business / discuss complex areas
- Strong interest in AI/ML and healthcare innovation – both in development of AI/ML models and no code tools based on MS Copilot.
- Fascination with Agile Ways of Working, preferably with current or upcoming certification
- Practical knowledge of Azure technologies, including but not limited to, Power Platform and Azure DevOps.
- General understanding of IT tools used in Marketing (websites, marketing automation) and Sales (CRM)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field -
Experience: 0 - 1 Years -
Skills: HTML/CSS
Responsibilities:
- Create static assets for web use including banners, hero images, promotional graphics, and landing page visuals.
- Assist in minor UI improvements, such as component padding, alignment, and spacing, when needed.
- Perform day-to-day website content updates using Drupal CMS, including:
- Uploading and formatting blogs, events, insights, whitepapers, case studies, and podcasts.
- Adding metadata, OG tags, alt tags, and internal links as needed.
- Manage component-based page layouts (paragraphs, blocks, or layout builder).
Required Skills:
- 0 – 1 year of experience working on Drupal or WordPress-based websites (preferably Drupal 9 or 10).
- Proven experience managing content in a componentized CMS structure.
- Experience designing for the web using Figma or Adobe XD.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is required.
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong interest in web design and digital marketing.
- Works well in a team and contributes positive energy and fresh ideas.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
