Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical rounds.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies.
- Build a strong employer brand by engaging with potential candidates.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred).
