Eligibility Criteria :

  • Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MCA (Pursuing or Completed)
  • Batch:  2024 / 2025 / 2026
  • Skills: JavaScript, ES6+, Next.js & React.js

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining Next.js applications
  • Build responsive and optimized UI components
  • Collaborate with backend developers for API integration
  • Debug, test, and document features

Required Skills:

  • Skills: MS Excel/Google Sheet

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical rounds.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Build a strong employer brand by engaging with potential candidates.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred).
  • 0–2 years of recruitment experience (Freshers with strong passion for HR can also apply).
