Tech in Information Systems while working full-time at Wipro. The B. Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Computer Technology, Computer Science & Technology, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (50% and above)

• Year of Passing: 2024, 2025

• Age: Must be 18 years or above at the time of onboarding

• Job Location: PAN India

• Experience: 0-3 years

• Core Mathematics: Must have studied Core Mathematics as one of the subjects in the Diploma course.

• Salary: INR 12,400.00 per Month

• Application Deadline: 30 Aug 2025 11:59 PM

Basic Qualifications Required for Wipro SIM Program – B. Tech for Diploma Holders (2025). 

• Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics / Telecommunication / Computer Engineering / Electronics and Communication / Computer Technology / Computer Science and Technology / Electrical and Electronics Engineering: 50% and above
• Maximum of 3 years of education gap, if any, is allowed between 10th and the commencement of Diploma.
• Only full-time Diploma courses are permitted. No part-time, correspondence, or Distance learning education in Diploma program.
• Mandatory to have studied Core Mathematics as one subject in Diploma.
• Business Maths & Applied Maths will NOT be considered as Core Mathematics in Diploma.
• Open school or distance education is allowed in 10th & 12th or both.
• Maximum of one backlog till the assessment process is allowed.
• Candidates are expected to clear the backlogs along with the 6th semester.
• Should be an Indian Citizen or should hold a PIO or OCI card in the event of holding a passport of any other country.
• Bhutan and Nepal Nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate.
• Candidates who have participated in any selection process held by Wipro in the last three months are not eligible.
• Candidate should be 18 years or above at the time of onboarding

Selection Process :

1. Round 1 – Online Assessment: (80 minutes)

   • Verbal: 20 minutes, 20 questions

   • Analytical: 20 minutes, 20 questions

   • Quantitative: 20 minutes, 20 questions

   • Written Communication: 20 minutes

2. Round 2 – Business Discussion
3. Round 3 – HR Discussion
4. Round 4 – Pre-Skilling Training

Service Agreement

• 48 months

Please note: You are liable to pay back joining bonus on pro-rata basis if you decide to leave the organization within this period.

Terms and Conditions:

• 48-month Service Agreement: Candidate is liable to repay the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis if they leave the organization before the agreement period.
• Eligibility for Participation: Wipro reserves the discretion to permit/limit candidates’ participation in the recruitment process.
• Malpractice Policy: Involvement in illegal activities (fraud, impersonation, fake documents) will lead to immediate disqualification or revocation of the offer.
• Communication: Wipro will communicate results through email or other provided channels.
