Key Responsibilities Of Software Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and improve existing applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues in production environments.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of applications, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into development practices.

Required Skills For Software Engineer

• Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or other programming languages.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and development best practices.
• Experience with unit testing and debugging.

Key Responsibilities Of Data Scientist

• Develop and implement advanced data models and algorithms to derive meaningful insights from large datasets.
• Work closely with business teams to define data-driven strategies and solutions.
• Analyze both structured and unstructured data to optimize product/service performance.
• Create insightful dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Experiment with machine learning models and assess their performance for predictive analytics.

Required Skills for Data Scientist

• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or other data analysis languages.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of SQL, data manipulation, and data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Strong grasp of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.

Interview Process:

• Application Review: Applications will be reviewed based on academic credentials, technical skills, and relevant experience.
• HackerRank Test: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a HackerRank assessment to evaluate problem-solving and technical skills.
• In-person Interview:
  • All final-round interviews will be held face-to-face at our Neuron7.ai office in Bengaluru.
  • The interview process will include technical rounds focused on coding, problem-solving, and system design (for Software Engineers) or data analysis and machine learning (for Data Scientists).
  • Candidates may also be asked to solve real-world business challenges relevant to our AI-driven platform.
