• Perform as an individual contributor with fair degree of accountability with minimum assistance.
• Execute unit testing to ensure the accuracy of his/her developments.
• Realize the development/requirement as per the technical specification provided.
• Adhere to all coding standards and performance measures, as per customer/organizations guidelines.
• Participate in all nominated trainings and proactively work on self-improvement and development.

Basic Qualifications Required to be successful in this role 

• Expertise in the full recruitment cycle and sourcing techniques.
• Strong experience with platforms like Naukri.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office and job portals.
• Proven ability to build and manage a robust candidate pipeline.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
