Job Description for Quality Analyst Job Opening at RD Trinitas
- Listen to B2B lead calls and qualify them based on predefined quality parameters for the specified campaign under audit.
- Coach and mentor executives to improve their productivity and quality.
- Identify training and development needs of executives and design and deliver impactful training programs in consultation with the delivery and HR teams.
- Identify operational challenges and represent them effectively to improve internal quality, delivery, and operations processes.
- Work closely with other functions to optimize resource productivity.
- Publish lead reports detailing the number of leads qualified or disqualified.
Skills Required to be successful in this role
- Proficient in conducting quality audits for B2B lead calls.
- Strong data analysis skills to evaluate call metrics and performance.
- Effective coaching and mentoring abilities to improve executive productivity and quality.
- Experience in identifying operational challenges and proposing process improvements.
- Collaborative approach to work closely with cross-functional teams for productivity optimization.
