Responsibilities For IT Operations Associate II Job Openings at Conduent

• Analyze, design, develop, test and implement web applications using Client-side JavaScript frameworks (Angular/ReactJS/etc) and Microsoft (or) JAVA Technologies.
• Quickly learn new programming languages and frameworks.
• Balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks.
• Work collaboratively in teams and across organizations by following Agile development methodology (Scrum).
• Apply creative solutions to challenging problems and ensure business needs are met effectively.
• Build strong working relationships with other teams both inside and outside the organization.
• Evaluate new products and technologies, create POCs and provide feedback.

Preferred Experiences

• Should be any Technical Graduate (B.E/B-tech/MCA/M-Tech or any other graduation with working exp in IT field)
• 0 – 1 year of experience in production control or application support role preferred.
• Freshers with good academic record also can be considered.
• Working knowledge on web technologies (IIS/.NET), databases (MS-SQL).
• Good Communication is a must.
• Ready to work in rotational shifts including night shift.
• Should be ready to work in hybrid model (weekly 3 days in office)
