Other Criteria
- Firstly, Wipro allows open school or distance education only for 10th and 12th grades.
- However, candidates can have only one backlog at the time of the online assessment.
- Therefore, all backlogs must be cleared by the end of the 6th semester.
- In addition, candidates must have studied Core Mathematics during graduation.
- Importantly, Wipro does not accept Business Mathematics or Applied Mathematics as Core Mathematics.
- Moreover, a maximum of 3 years of gap is allowed between 10th grade and the start of graduation.
- On the other hand, no gaps are allowed during graduation, and candidates must complete it within 3 years.
- Only Indian citizens or those holding a PIO/OCI card (if holding a foreign passport) are eligible.
- Additionally, candidates from Bhutan and Nepal must submit their citizenship certificates.
- Finally, Wipro will invite candidates for the test process only if they have completed a 3-month cool-off period from any previous selection attempt.

Round 1 – Online Assessment (Total: 80 minutes)

Verbal Ability – 20 mins (20 questions)

Analytical Ability – 20 mins (20 questions)

Quantitative Aptitude – 20 mins (20 questions)

Written Communication Test – 20 mins

Round 2 – Business Discussion
-
Round 3 – HR Discussion
✅ After clearing the online assessment:
-
Candidates must take a Voice Assessment Round.

Shortlisted candidates move to the Business Discussion Round.

Selected candidates receive a Letter of Intent (LOI).
-
Upon accepting the LOI, candidates must undergo Pre-skilling Training.
-
Only those who complete the training successfully will receive the Final Offer Letter.
Service Agreement
-
Duration: 60 months (5 years)

Note: If you choose to leave the organization during this period, you will need to repay the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis.
