Qualifications / Requirements
Education: B.Tech / Engineering degree or equivalent is required
Work Experience:
  • This position is an intermediate level position.
  • The candidate must have minimum 5 years working experience as a business analyst working in report development and validation.
  • Knowledge in reporting tools like Business Objects and Spotfire is required.
Special Skills:
  • Ability to collect, analyze, summarize, and present various types of data and information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication skills required (Necessary English skill).
  • The ability to communicate with different business stakeholders in the multi-national and cultural organization is critical.
  • Taking initiative, being self-motivated and focused on results. Work well individually as well as in a team.
  • Innovative thinking linked with understanding of the underlying data to come up with new insights and impactful visualizations
Main Purpose of the Job
Create reports and KPI visualizations towards solving business problems/driving improvements for key stakeholders in the Asia-Africa hub.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (5-7 bullet points)
  • Responsibilities include creating on-demand reports and creative visualization dashboards
  • Work with key stakeholders in understanding and detailing requirements for analysis
  • Explore innovative ways to present data in visualization dashboards
  • Find new insights with available data and present the same to stakeholders
  • Assist in training and support business users when they have questions
