Eligibility Criteria :

Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in computer science 
or related fields

Job Location: Bangalore

Experience: 0- 3year

Skills: Java , Python/Shell Scripting ,Kubernetes

Salary: Upto ₹9LPA(Expected)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop logic for alarm handling and alarm correlation.
• Develop custom adapters to collect network fault/performance data using SNMP/ Syslog / Telemetry.
• Build scripts/adapters using Python/Shell scripting.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and possess good problem-solving skills.
• Deliver solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Ability to do deep dive on technical areas and get the best outcome out of technically challenging situations.
• Deliver quality software releases on time.
• Follow strong engineering practices.
• Ability to debug complex issues.
• Ability to work on Java, Kubernetes, Grafana DB systems like mySQL, Oracle, Graph DBs etc, as well as on Python scripting.
• Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve issues.

Requirements for Associate Engineer Job Opening at BT Group:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience 0-3 years
• Knowledge (for freshers)/Experience in Java with good knowledge of jdk17
• Good knowledge of Kubernetes & Docker
• Good knowledge of Python and Shell Scripting
• Proficiency in Apache Kafka
• Proficiency in Rest API
• Proficiency in REST based MicroServices, Spring Boot, Weblogic, ActiveMQ
• Good knowledge of tools like Grafana, Kibana, Git Lab runner etc
• Good in mySQL, Graph database and its different components
• Worked in an agile (scrum) environment with globally distributed teams
• Good communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Problem-solving attitude
• Experience in handling of large volume data in real time & batch mode
• Good knowledge about Linux operating system
