Job Description:
Job Description: Develops, implements, and maintains computer-based systems to meet business requirements. Application Developers analyze, design, construct, train, and implement application systems. Activities include documenting decisions, adhering to standards and communicating with business groups. Other responsibilities may include providing standards/guidelines for development, responding to customer/client requests or events as they occur, and developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement. As part of the CRDX – BOS organization as the application developer – focusing on full stack development comprising of database / db development, web based technologies for the platform services and tools.
Responsibilities Includes but not limited to: Part of the platform team contribute to UI and backend development as a full stack developer. Develop backend objects and optimize performance of the existing database objects Work with other project teams to resolve their issues and help in backend (DB) development Explore new technologies / capabilities in the backend domain Develop automation scripts for backend activities Implement TDD and continue to evolve DevOps Implementation Drive & participate in the various POC efforts undertaken Demonstrate technical leadership in leading the team and manage the Stakeholders
Qualifications :
Candidate should possess a Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Information Management/Systems or related field. Proficient in Database & .Net development skills Strong SQL experience on MS SQL server or other relational database technologies. Strong knowledge on performance optimizations, memory management & resource governors Strong problem solving skill – ability to troubleshoot issues, find root cause, recommend & apply solutions Excellent verbal and written communication skills, influencing and interpersonal skills Team work – Ability to work well and collaborate with others to achieve high quality results
Technical skillet: MS SQL Server, .Net development Experience, TFS, other Microsoft technologies.
