Description Job Description:
Work with Business Analyst clients to clarify business requirements, map them to systems capabilities, and recommend technical solutions. Convert client requirements into technical terms for the development team, and advise clients on resource requirements, scope, budgets, and timing. Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications between the business and the development teams. Document changes and create troubleshooting guides, may provide Level 3 production support when Level 1 or 2 at the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is unable to solve a problem. Work on several projects simultaneously (except ERP-type aps, then work on 1 release at a time) in teams with other Systems Analysts and developers.
Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
- Work with Business Analyst clients to clarify business requirements, map them to systems capabilities, and recommend technical solutions.
- Convert client requirements into technical terms for the development team, and advise clients on resource requirements, scope, budgets, and timing.
- Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications between the business and the development teams.
- Document changes and create troubleshooting guides” may provide Level 3 production support when Level 1 or 2 at the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is unable to solve a problem.
- Document and Execute Test Cases; Work with the team to automate them
- Part of the Scrum team and follow agile methodologies
- Act as a subject matter expert on data definitions, business process steps and tools
- Collaborate and partner with technical leads/reps to give feedback and shape the design
Qualifications:
You should possess a Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Information Management/Systems or related field.
- Strong SQL experience on SQL server or other relational database technologies.
- Good analytical skills in translating business needs into realistic action plans and deliver technical solutions that meet stakeholders’ expectation
- Strong problem solving skill – ability to troubleshoot issues, find root cause, recommend & apply solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, influencing and interpersonal
- Desire to acquire business acumen and work closely with business stakeholders
- Agility and creativity;Knowledge of Agile & DevOps
- Team work
- Ability to work well and collaborate with others to achieve high quality results
- Academic or intern experience in developing applications using ASP.NET, VB.NET, or C# .NET
Additional qualifications include: Prior Experience in development with ASP.NET, VB.NET, or C# is a plus
