Requirements for Wipro’s TURBO Hiring Program 2025:

  • Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech graduates from Computer Science, Information Technology, or Circuital branches.
  • Year of Graduation: 2025.
  • Academic Requirements:
    Minimum 60% marks in both 10th and 12th standards.
  • CGPA of 6.0 or 60% in graduation.
  • Maximum of one backlog is permitted at the time of assessment, which must be cleared by the end of the 8th semester.
  • Maximum educational gap of three years is allowed between the completion of 10th grade and the commencement of graduation.
  • No gaps are permitted during the graduation period, which should be completed within four years for B.E./B.Tech degrees.

Wipro Turbo Perks and Benefits

Designation: Project Engineer.

Total Salary Package of ₹5.5 LPA + ₹1 lakh retention bonus.

Benefits:

  1. Medical and Insurance: Includes medical assistance, medical insurance, group accident and life insurance, and parental insurance.
  2. Other Benefits: Retirement benefits such as Provident Fund (PF), gratuity, optional pension, and survivor benefits.
  3. Service Agreement: 12-month service agreement with a penalty of ₹75,000 on a pro-rata basis for early termination.

Details of Wipro Turbo Recruitment Process

1. Registration:

Candidates must register for the Wipro Turbo Hiring Program 2025 by completing an online application form.

2. Online Assessment:

The assessment comprises three segments:

  1. Aptitude Test: Evaluates verbal skills, quantitative abilities, and logical reasoning.
  2. Coding Test: Assesses proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, and Python.
    Written
  3. Communication Test: Measures written communication skills.

3. Voice Assessment Round:

Candidates who pass the online assessment proceed to a voice assessment round.

4. Business Discussion:

Successful candidates from the voice assessment engage in a business discussion.

5. Letter of Intent:

Candidates who clear the business discussion receive a Letter of Intent.

6. Pre Skilling Training:

Selected candidates undergo an in-depth learning journey to prepare for their roles at Wipro.

7. Offer Letter:

Upon successful completion of all stages, candidates receive an official offer letter from Wipro.
