Are you eligible?
Requirements for Wipro’s TURBO Hiring Program 2025:
- Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech graduates from Computer Science, Information Technology, or Circuital branches.
- Year of Graduation: 2025.
- Academic Requirements:
Minimum 60% marks in both 10th and 12th standards. - CGPA of 6.0 or 60% in graduation.
- Maximum of one backlog is permitted at the time of assessment, which must be cleared by the end of the 8th semester.
- Maximum educational gap of three years is allowed between the completion of 10th grade and the commencement of graduation.
- No gaps are permitted during the graduation period, which should be completed within four years for B.E./B.Tech degrees.
Wipro Turbo Perks and Benefits
Designation: Project Engineer.
Total Salary Package of ₹5.5 LPA + ₹1 lakh retention bonus.
Benefits:

- Other Benefits: Retirement benefits such as Provident Fund (PF), gratuity, optional pension, and survivor benefits.
