Job Description for SDET Intern Job Opening at Bookee:

• Test Planning: Collaborate with the QA team to create test plans and test cases based on product requirements and user stories
• Test Execution: Execute test cases and perform manual testing to identify and report defects and issues
• Regression Testing: Assist in regression testing to ensure that previously identified issues have been resolved in new releases
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed test documentation, including test cases, test results, and defect reports
• Bug Tracking: Use bug tracking tools to report and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution
• Automation Support: Learn and assist in test automation activities under the guidance of senior QA engineers
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with development, product management, and other teams to ensure a seamless QA process

Preferred Skills:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong interest in quality assurance and software testing
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
• Basic knowledge of software testing concepts is a plus
• Familiarity with testing tools and bug tracking systems is a plus
• Currently based in Bengaluru city

• Assist in the design and prototyping of new features and enhancements for our digital products.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify user needs.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to refine and iterate on design concepts.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Participate in design critiques and workshops to continuously improve design quality.
• Help maintain and evolve our design system and guidelines.

Preferred Skills:

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree program in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• A portfolio showcasing strong design skills and a user-centred design approach.
