Responsibilities:

• Monitor customer system performance metrics and gather operational data
• Provide remote technical support including log collection and preliminary troubleshooting
• Handle and update tickets through the Service Portal
• Maintain structured logs of support activities and issue tracking
• Track and monitor spare part usage and inventory data
• Assist in preparing performance reports and data summaries
• Escalate technical issues to engineering teams when required
• Support documentation of recurring issues and solutions

Required Skills:

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of Linux environment
• Basic exposure to:
