Uber has launched its second season of Uber HackTag (Uber Coding Challenge) for all engineering students across India (any specialization/domain/year). Through this challenge, candidates will be assessed on the following:

• fundamental coding skills
• their ability to build a prototype/solution basis the problem statement.

The top 3 teams will be rewarded from a cash prize pool worth INR 5 Lakh and direct interviews for full-time roles and internships at Uber.

What are the important dates & deadlines of Uber Coding Challenge?

• 14 Feb 2022 04:00 PM IST – HackTag 2.0 Launch Session
• 25 Feb 2022 11:59 PM IST – Registration Deadline
• 26 Feb 2022 06:00 PM IST – Online Quiz
• 28 Feb 2022 06:00 PM IST – Online Coding Challenge

Rules for Uber Coding Challenge:

• The participating students can be from any specialization/ domain/ year.
• Team size: 1-3 people allowed in a team.
• Cross-college teams are allowed.
• There is no restriction on the number of teams from an institute.
• Any deviation from the above will result in immediate disqualification of the entire team.
• Modification of team after registration is not be allowed.
• Any cases of plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.

2. Online Coding Challenge
3. Prototyping
4. Grand Finale

Rewards and prizes:

Apart from the above prizes, you might even get an an opportunity to participate in interviews for full-time roles and internships.
