Job Description for Graduate Engineer Job Opening at Mavenir:

• Provide remote support for telecom and software systems
• Debug and resolve network issues across 2G/3G/4G VoLTE – IMS, core components like SBC, MRF, DRA, etc.
• Perform trace analysis and coordinate resolution with stakeholders
• Support system upgrades, configurations, and SLA adherence
• Work flexibly across shifts and international time zones
• Assist in software development or automation for Mavenir’s cloud-native telecom platforms
• Support CI/CD pipelines, application testing, and scripting tasks
