  • Qualification: B.E Electronics and Communication Engineering / EEE / Electronics
  • Experience:  0 - 2 Years
  • Skills: Good analytical and logical reasoning skills

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and validate different Technical attributes for electronic components
  • Validate Manufacturer part number and frame complete orderable Parts
  • Co-ordinate with site/customer to find alternates of electronic components by comparing the technical mandatory/specific attributes
  • Understand site/customer requirement and develop project templates
  • Ensures projects are in compliance with agreed policies and procedures with site.
  • Ensures data accuracy and completeness of documentation including logs, reports and distribution.
  • Manages and tracks product configuration and manufacturing/customer requirements.
  • Responsible for interface between program manager, engineering, manufacturing and materials to ensure appropriate changes are documented.

  • Planning the HMJ and required components for the NPI.
  • Requesting the quotations with our supplier for the requirement of Components, tools & Equipment’s.
  • Cycle time validation
  • Leading the NPI and follow up all the activities from all the stakeholders.
  • Validating the newly written repair procedures and submitting for customer approval.
  • Monitoring the ECO details and providing the split-up data to the team.
  • Preparing the KPI data and presenting to customer.
  • Presenting the DOA investigation report to customer.
  • Involving NFF study, Improvement from scrap, FAI , ECO, DOA and cannibalism study
  • Co-ordinates with customer and supplier for repair/service within BWH policies
  • Support Mexico Flex on technical quires and HMJ support
