Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor's Degree of Engineering or related fields

Job Location: Hybrid (Work From Home)

Experience: 0-1+ years

Skills: Critical problem solving skills

Stipend: 20K/Month Expected

Responsibilities:

Product : Assist in developing, managing and improving the product. Tracking metrics and getting user feedback
Growth : Talking to both B2C and B2B users for acquisition. Implementing GTM, building an audience and generating leads
Other responsibilities include, managing founder’s calendar, delegating and following up with tasks and collaborating with multiple teams

Roles:

Track and report metrics of growth to product and business leads.
Reach out to potential users and get feedback for actionable insights
Delegate work from the founders and help reclaim their time
Assist in reaching out to investors
Carry out market research
Understand the product offering & industry
Challenge the Founders approach & decision making instead of being a ‘yes man’

A curious and excited approach to work to figure things out
High proficiency of the english language and an efficient communicator
Can absorb stressful situations and challenge themself
